How long does it take to receive a response?

On business days (Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00) we respond to all emails within 24 hours. Our phone line has no wait times. For B2B inquiries - within 48 hours with a dedicated account manager.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

Yes - you have a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt. The product must be in its original packaging and unopened. Contact us at info@lactoflor.bg to initiate the procedure. Refunds within 5 business days.

Is it safe to take a probiotic with an antibiotic?

Yes. We recommend taking the probiotic at least 4 hours after the antibiotic to maintain the effectiveness of both. If you have any questions, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

At what age can I give Lactoflor to a child?

Different products have different age recommendations. Check the label of the specific product or ask us - we will guide you to the appropriate formula.

Is it safe during pregnancy?

Most probiotics are suitable during pregnancy, but always consult your gynecologist before taking them.

What is the difference between Opti6 and BioPlus?

The two products have a different strain composition and concentration. Contact our pharmacist for a recommendation based on your needs.
