What is the difference between the two Urobiotic products

Max comes in 14 sachets with 2000 mg of D-mannose and vitamin D3 for a shorter regimen. Forte comes in 30 sachets with a 100% natural composition, without vitamin D3, for a stepped course of up to 8 weeks. The two are not interchangeable.

Why is there a general synbiotic in the category

Because the state of the intestinal microflora is the foundation upon which everything else rests. Some users take Opti6 in parallel with a specialized formula, which is why it is in the same category.

Should the sachets be taken before or after meals

There is no fixed time. The sachet is dissolved in 100 to 200 ml of water or juice. It is important to follow the daily dosage and drink enough water throughout the day.
