How to take it correctly?

We recommend prolonged intake.

For adults and children over 6 years of age:1 capsule daily.

When:after a meal, with a sufficient amount of liquid.

Each capsule delivers a probiotic blend of 20 billion lyophilized bacteria with proven viability (300 mg) from 9 strains, including the patented Lactobacillus bulgaricus LLB-05, combined with 50 mg of prebiotic - oligofructose extracted from chicory root. All this in a plant-based delayed-release DR capsule.
