How to take it correctly?

The formula is designed for daily intake and is gentle for the whole family.

For adults and children over 12 years of age:1 capsule 2 times daily.

For children from 6 to 12 years of age:1 to 2 capsules daily.

For children under 6 years of age:empty the contents of the capsule into a little water or milk.

When:preferably with a little water, around mealtimes. Avoid hot liquids.

What are the ingredients?

Each capsule contains a probiotic blend of 6×10⁹ CFU (at the time of manufacture) with 7 strains – representatives of the genus Lactobacillus, genus Streptococcus, and genus Bifidobacterium, combined with 280 mg of prebiotic (inulin). The formula also includes an anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids) in a vegetable capsule.
