How to take it correctly?

Choose your intake method based on whether you are looking for long-lasting protection throughout the season or need an immediate response to cold symptoms that have already begun:

For reliable protection (12-week prevention):To keep your immunity in shape, take 1 capsule twice daily before meals. For adolescents over 10 years of age, 1 capsule per day, again before meals, is sufficient.

For fast recovery (At the first symptoms):If you feel like you are getting sick, take 2 capsules twice daily before meals for 4 days.

What are the ingredients?

Each capsule contains:166 mg of proprietary arabinogalactan (ResistAid™) and 100 mg of highly purified beta-glucan (Betox-93®) with a minimum 93% content of pure 1,3/1,6 beta-glucans. Their effect is enhanced with optimal doses of zinc (7 mg) and selenium (50 µg).

Results from clinical observations

The results of the observation showed that taking Lactoflor Sevida leads to a lower frequency of infections, faster control of symptoms and a shorter recovery period.

The criteria for selecting patients in the study were:

having had at least 3 upper respiratory tract infections in the last 6 months (24 weeks);

patient age over 10.
